PAINTER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform painting tasks, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing to ensure a quality appearance.
2. Select and mix paint colors to achieve the desired shade and consistency.
3. Clean designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
4. Handle and dispose of cleaning materials safely and according to guidelines.
5. Inspect areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs.
6. Maintain painting and cleaning equipment in good working condition.
7. Follow all safety protocols while performing painting and cleaning tasks.
8. Assist with other general maintenance duties as assigned by supervisors.
9. Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, and removing old paint.
10. Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster).
11. Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture.
12. Carry out spray painter process/tasks, including preparation and operations of spray system and setting up of parts on appropriate machines.
13. Perform production and spray related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
14. Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
15. Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
2. Able to work independently.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Able to withstand outdoor harsh weather.
5. Able to work overtime to complete projects on-time.
6. Able to follow the supervisor's daily instructions on-site.
7. 7 days work week.
8. 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM.
