Job summary

KNH CONTRACTORS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled painter to prepare surfaces, blend paints, and apply coatings with brushes, rollers, or sprayers to ensure durable finishes.

You will work on wood, metal, and drywall, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and communicate clearly with clients and teammates to coordinate tasks.

Daily toolbox meetings help align on safety protocols and daily tasks, with a focus on quality and timely completion of painting jobs.

• Blend and apply paints/coatings to required colors and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sand, and repair surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and durability
• Select and blend paints to achieve specific colors and finishes as required
• Apply paint, stain, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers accurately and efficiently
• Handle various materials including wood, metal, and drywall safely and appropriately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support efficient operations
• Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and other professionals to coordinate tasks and ensure quality
• Manage time effectively to complete painting tasks within deadlines
• Identify and resolve issues during the painting process to maintain quality standards
• Pay close attention to detail to achieve high-quality finishes and detect potential problems
• Participate actively in morning Tool Box meetings to align on daily tasks and safety protocols
