Job Description

If you are experienced in delivering and developing digital media solutions while managing day-to-day planning, buying, implementation, optimization, and reporting to meet client objectives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Media Director in ensuring high client satisfaction scores by maintaining a strong relationship with clients.
  • Lead the Search channel strategy and support team operations across the account, working closely with Google to define the client’s Joint Business Plan (JBP) and enhance the relationship. Manage relationships with other Search partners like Microsoft, Naver, and Daum.
  • Develop relationships at appropriate levels within client organizations, collaborating with internal teams across AU, KR, IN, and regions like EMEA, APAC, JPN, and sometimes directly with global clients, especially client Channel champions in Search & Analytics.
  • Possess strong knowledge of digital channels, including tracking, web analytics, trafficking, and SEO. Be able to relate Search & digital results to the client’s business priorities and strategic pillars. Contribute to the client’s technical product roadmap by suggesting AdTech features.
  • Manage Paid Search (and/or Programmatic) campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, and management. Act as the voice of Search within the team, translating vision into actionable plans.
  • Create strategies and recommendations based on analytics, marketing, and research, emphasizing test & learn approaches, account restructuring, and demonstrating progress to support client objectives. Develop your leadership presence within the team.
  • Oversee the Search team’s output, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and media owners, to meet campaign goals.
  • Organize and delegate tasks, being sensitive to team members’ needs, and work across buying and planning issues. Contribute to developing the next generation of Search specialists.
  • Identify opportunities to generate revenue from existing relationships and leverage successful cases to develop new business.
  • Assist in mentoring and developing team members.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a media agency, with experience working in large teams and on global accounts preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital media and the ability to think across the media mix, with hands-on experience with various technology platforms and how Paid Search contributes to the full-funnel consumer journey.
  • Comfortable in client-facing roles, with a passion for building relationships and collaborative work.
  • Experience delivering Google Solutions in Search, including Shopping and Performance Max.
  • Experience working with Google on JBPs, DVIPs, VIPs, etc., is advantageous.
  • Experience with Adobe technology is a plus. Willingness to become Adobe Certified is essential.
