Job Title: SEM & Social Media Ad Campaign Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google SEM campaigns to drive quality traffic and conversions.
- Create, manage, and refine social media ad campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Develop campaign strategies, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative recommendations.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns achieve ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Handle multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines.
- Stay updated on digital ad trends, platform policies, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Required Skills: Strong expertise in Google Ads platform (Search, Shopping, etc.) and social media ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager
- Proficient in campaign performance analysis using tools like Google and Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client reporting and collaboration.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaign performance.
- Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in SEM and social media ad campaign management.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns across various industries is highly valued.
