Job summary

CHAWK TECHNOLOGY INT'L (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate to manage physical and system inventory, collect parts from QC, and pack with proper labeling.

You will ensure accuracy against Job Traveler, check for damage, and optimize packaging with air bags to minimize movement. Daily duties include general warehouse tasks and maintaining tidy work areas. The role requires 1–2 years in warehousing, desktop computer literacy, and the ability to read and speak English.

Qualifications

• Min ‘N’/‘O’ level holders welcome.
• 1–2 years experience in warehouse/logistic related field preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Physical inventory holdings and movements (FG & Pace).
• Collect parts from Quality Check (QC) lobby area back to warehouse for packing.
• Return empty cart back to Quality Check (QC) lobby.
• Ensure part number & quantity received are correct against Job Traveler before packing.
• Check for any damage on physical part before packing & highlight to management if any.
• Ensure Part packed are stuffed with Airbag to utilized the empty space in Carton box to reduce friction of part sliding around.
• Manage System inventory holdings and movements (FG & Pace).
• Perform MES receiving in Epicor for clocking in/out under Bag&Tag.
• Perform receiving in Epicor for inventory storage/ship out.
• Generate barcode label & other labelling for packing.
• Perform General Warehouse Duties.
• Cleaning & tidy up of the workplace.
• Ensuring no loose part laying around on the floor or table.
• Ensuring no Carton box or any packing material laying around on the floor.
• Rubbish to be clear daily.
• Ensure customer packing requirement are complied with.
• Ensure Packing Material are always sufficient for packing requirement.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
