HYUCO Employment Agency PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Packaging Supervisor in Singapore, based near Boon Lay MRT.

The role oversees packaging staff, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures processes align with company standards. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 and Sat 8:30-12:30, with 5.5-day work weeks and overtime as required. Qualifications

• 2–3 years in inventory control, warehouse, or packaging supervision.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with NAV or similar ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week and overtime.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory records accurately.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies based on quality control reports.
• Report inventory-related issues to the Quality Assurance department and maintain proper documentation.
• Update and maintain inventory records in NAV and Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure packaging processes comply with company standards and procedures.
• Assign tasks and supervise packaging staff to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit consumables purchase requisitions.
• Monitor packaging schedules and workflow.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
