Reporting to the Packaging Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for leading area operators (approx. 15 employees) to carry out the manufacturing operations according to production schedule in compliance with Safety and Quality. This position validates the appropriate execution of safety, quality, service, cost, and people priorities within their department. While ensuring these priorities are maintained they are also responsible for optimizing current processes to improve SQSCP and meeting weekly key performance measurements. The Supervisor shall meet daily requirements ensuring standard work is followed and completed. The ideal candidate will be able assess, measure and improve workplace food safety, cGMPs, GDPs quality and efficiency results.
