Aerospec Supplies Pte Ltd is seeking a storekeeper/shipping coordinator to manage receiving, inventory, and outbound shipments at our Seletar facility. You will use ERP to record data, inspect items, label stock, and coordinate with forwarders and purchasing teams.

The role requires a forklift license and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Working hours are 07:45–16:45, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Valid forklift license - 3 tonnes (preferable).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for ~25% of the workday.
• Good working knowledge about freight forwarding and Incoterms.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Receive and record data into ERP system.
• Inspect incoming items for wear or defects and report damage.
• Label stock items with batch numbers.
• Liaise with forwarders on shipping activities.
• Coordinate with purchasing for receiving and invoice verification.
