You will streamline the CEO’s day-to-day schedule, keep key projects on track, and represent the CEO in communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management – Own the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
  • Travel & Event Logistics – Coordinate flights, accommodation, visas, and on-site logistics for local and overseas engagements.
  • Inbox & Communications – Draft and filter emails or messages; liaise with senior partners, clients, and government agencies on the CEO’s behalf.
  • Document Preparation – Create clean decks, briefs, and reports; maintain confidential files and trackers.
  • Project Tracking – Monitor milestones for course launches, accreditation matters, and partnership initiatives; flag risks promptly.
  • Research & Insights – Gather competitor or market intel, summarising insights in concise briefs.
  • Team Liaison – Serve as the bridge between the CEO and cross-functional teams; organise town halls and culture events.
  • Expense Management – Submit expense claims and assist Finance with reconciliations.
  • Confidentiality – Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and integrity.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, or related field (fresh graduates welcome; internships supporting senior leaders are a plus).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an executive support, operations, or project-coordination role—startup or education exposure is advantageous.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication; confident in drafting succinct emails and presentations.
  • Superb organisation and prioritisation skills in fast-changing environments.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion/Airtable, and basic data analysis in spreadsheets.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to handle occasional after-hours requests when urgent matters arise.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience using project-management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com ).
  • Basic design sense for refining slides or collateral.

What You’ll Get

  • Mentorship and direct exposure to strategic decision-making at C-suite level.
  • A mission-driven culture that values continuous learning and rapid growth.
  • Competitive salary, performance incentives, and course fee sponsorships.
