Job description

A global fintech firm providing investor communications, trade processing, and regulatory solutions, with a key presence in Singapore supporting clients across Asia-Pacific in areas such as post-trade processing, proxy voting, regulatory reporting, and wealth management platforms.


Location: Raffles MRT

Contract Role : 3 - 6 months


Job Responsibilities:


Personal Assistant

  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings, appointments and provide reminders
  • Organise complex travel arrangements
  • Collate reports, presentations, and briefs occasionally
  • Handle confidential and sensitive materials
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Support ad hoc projects from time to time

Personnel Administration

  • Set up and maintain all employee insurance matters – Claims, renewals etc.
  • Circulate medical and dental panel clinics listing
  • Execute and support HR processes related to staff on-boarding and exit clearance
  • Track and follow through work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, where applicable
  • Update and circulate staff contact listing
  • Organise staff birthday gatherings / office events
  • Assist with expense claims for the frequent travelers
  • Help with logistics associated with company and client related activities

Office Management

  • Monitor office and pantry supplies
  • Office equipment and pantry supplies procurement
  • Liaison with facility management vendors
  • Liaison with courier services

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma / Degree in relevant field (HR/Business Administration)
  • At least 3 to 5 years of providing PA and office support
  • Good organization, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills
