Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented P.R. & Marketing Executive to support the execution of integrated marketing and public relations strategies across our high-end fashion, beauty, and F&B retail brands. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with a strong sense of brand aesthetics, P.R. acumen, and experience in both digital and traditional marketing platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to premium brand positioning, media outreach, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives.
1. Marketing Execution & Coordination
Assist in the implementation of integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
Coordinate marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and promotional rollouts across various retail categories.
Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
2. Public Relations & Media Management
Support the creation and dissemination of press releases, media kits, and other P.R. communications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and P.R. agencies.
Monitor media coverage, prepare P.R. clippings, and compile ROI and coverage analysis reports.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Collaborate on the development of content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
Coordinate with influencers and content creators to execute digital campaigns and brand collaborations.
Track engagement and performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future digital strategies.
4. Event & Activation Support
Assist in planning and executing in-store events, product launches, and customer activations.
Manage event logistics including venue setup, vendor coordination, and guest experience.
Ensure all events align with brand image and marketing objectives.
5. Customer Engagement & Community Management
Support customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
Monitor online reviews and feedback across platforms, escalating key insights where necessary.
Actively engage with the brand’s online community to nurture customer relationships and brand loyalty.
6. Market & Competitive Intelligence
Conduct market research to track industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity.
Provide regular insights and strategic recommendations to maintain brand relevance and differentiation.
7. Administrative & Budgetary Support
Assist in tracking marketing expenses and managing budget documentation.
Maintain marketing records, vendor contracts, and media databases.
Support reporting efforts on campaign KPIs and departmental performance.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
Prior experience in marketing or P.R. roles, preferably within the luxury fashion, beauty, or F&B retail sectors.
Strong knowledge of luxury consumer trends and brand positioning strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
