Gen Re in Singapore is seeking a Property & Casualty Treaty Intern to support our Asia Pacific Treaty Property & Casualty team. You will assist in underwriting treaty wordings, review terms, and help with market research and data updates.

The role suits undergrad students in quantitative fields looking for hands-on experience. Availability from mid-October 2026 to end-January 2027 for at least two days per week (full-time during school holidays) and strong English communication are essential.

Formación

• Undergraduate student in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related quantitative fields
• Available from mid-October 2026 to end-January 2027 for at least two full days per week, ideally with full-time availability during school holidays
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken

Responsabilidades

• Assist in underwriting property and casualty treaties including proportional and excess of loss business
• Review and verify treaty wordings, terms and conditions
• Maintain and update underwriting files and databases
• Assist in market research and analysis on large property exposures and catastrophe risks
• Provide support on ad-hoc assignments
