What you'll do

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with functional business partners, local business leaders, employees, legal, and our centers of excellence (COEs), to develop and execute P&C strategies, policies and processes specific to supported region. Manage or partner on employee relations matters, drive change, and coach leaders and functional business partners. You'll play a key part in achieving our organizational objectives and providing expertise needed to meet our ambitious goals.


The day-to-day

• Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to
human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division
level.
• Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues,
attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
• Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal,
workforce planning, and organizational change).
• Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational
development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.
• May play a role in administering talent management and succession planning activity within
client organization.
• Job Complexity: Works on and may lead projects of diverse scope with little instruction.
Demonstrates judgment in providing / suggesting methods.
• Required Supervision: Works autonomously with little instruction to solve well-defined
problems. Presents results according to predefined metrics and makes suggestions to
determine appropriate methods.
• Skill / Knowledge: A professional with a core understanding of area of specialization. Resolves
larger, complex issues in creative ways.
• Leadership / Influence: May provide guidance and/or mentor junior level staff.


What you'll need

  • • A bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the HR field.
    • Deep understanding of the ever-changing landscape of employment regulation and labor laws in supported regions and/or locations.
    • Extensive employee relations experience within international organizations including workplace investigations, grievances, performance, and disciplinary matters. Experience with Employee Works Councils or employee representative bodies (for locations with these groups) is desirable but not mandatory.
    • Ability to build sustainable and trusting relationships with HR colleagues and local leaders to pre-empt, understand and respond to employee needs.
    • A business savvy HR professional with strong transformation and change experience, who demonstrates change agility and collaboration.
  • Singapore nationality is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office and any HR Information Systems, viz., Workday or ServiceNow.
