Job summary

RUNH POWER PTE. LTD. is seeking an Engineering Management Leader to oversee overseas power EPC projects, ensuring standardized engineering control systems, quality, cost control, and timely milestones.

The role requires 8+ years in engineering management, with multi-project portfolio experience, and proficiency in international codes, FIDIC, and EHSW systems. Travel to overseas sites will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Power Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or related majors.
• 8+ years of engineering management experience in overseas power projects, with 3+ years in multi-project portfolio management.
• Proficient in international construction codes, FIDIC contract conditions, project schedule & cost control methods, and EHSW management systems.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Management System Construction: establish control systems and process standards for overseas power EPC projects.
• Full-Lifecycle Project Control: lead project planning, technical solution reviews, construction management, site coordination.
• Specialized Track Management: oversee four tracks—cost, planning, EHSW, and commercial fulfillment.
• Lead the formulation and dynamic control of master schedules to ensure milestone delivery.
• Implement safety and occupational health management systems to achieve zero major accidents.
• Responsible for contract fulfillment, variation claims, and subcontractor management.
• Pipeline Project Support: set up reserve site teams and support business development and bidding.
• Engineering Team Building: develop talent pipelines and enhance team capability.
