Job summary

TALENT ACE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Autism Intervention Therapist to provide dedicated 1-to-1 intervention for a child with ASD. The role emphasizes building communication and play skills, while supporting emotional regulation and daily living independence.

Located in Singapore with relocation to North Jakarta, Indonesia. The position offers housing and transportation benefits, a Monday–Friday schedule with paid overtime and occasional weekend support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Experience in Early Intervention Programmes (EIP), ABA centres, or autism-focused settings.
• Experience supporting non-verbal children using alternative communication systems.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Strong skills in observation, documentation and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging 1-to-1 intervention sessions tailored to the child.
• Build communication, language, social interaction and play skills.
• Support emotional regulation and positive behavioural development.
• Encourage independence in daily living and self-care routines.
• Implement evidence-based approaches (ABA, EIP, etc.).
• Monitor progress, review goals, and adapt strategies.
• Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency between therapy and home.
• Maintain progress notes and reports.
