Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an OutSystems Developer to design and implement modern web interfaces using the OutSystems Reactive Web framework. You will build interactive screens, integrate with APIs, and ensure application stability across development, testing, and production environments.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience with OutSystems and an understanding of OO programming, agile practices, and lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field valued but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern web interfaces using OutSystems Reactive Web architecture and screen lifecycles.
• Build interactive screens with OutSystems UI components and responsive themes.
• Implement asynchronous data fetching and client-server logic separation.
• Develop and consume REST / SOAP APIs to connect Reactive applications with external databases and business systems.
• Perform unit, integration and UAT testing to ensure stability and security.
• Strong familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing OutSystems UI blocks and themes.
• Deploy and monitor application versions across environments.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern web interfaces using OutSystems Reactive Web architecture, screen lifecycles, and client-side logic.
• Build highly interactive screens utilizing OutSystems UI components, custom patterns, and responsive themes.
• Implement efficient asynchronous data fetching (Aggregates / Data Actions) and handle complex client-server logic separation.
• Develop and consume REST / SOAP APIs to connect Reactive applications with external databases and business systems.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support to guarantee application stability and security.
• Solid proficiency in relational databases system and writing optimized SQL queries.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize full-stack application performance based on best practices.
• Strong familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing OutSystems UI blocks and themes.
• Deploy and monitor application versions across development, testing, and production environments.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experiences with OutSystem Developer Cloud (ODC) platform.
• OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Inforation Technology, or related field will be highly valued but not necessary.
• Having an understanding of the development life cycle will be an added advantage.
• Having an understanding of Object Oriented Programming will be an added advantage.
• Having an understanding of agile and scrum methodology will be an added advantage.
• Having any other progarmming experience (eg. Python) will be an advantage.
