Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
• OutSystems Expert Developer certification or higher.
• Proven experience integrating legacy systems into a modern platform.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies across the full software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience delivering digital products or platforms for government or public sector organizations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
