Outreach Specialist (Operation cum Data Analyst)

Position: Outreach Specialist
Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 per month
Contract Period: Immediate to 31 December 2025 (renewable based on performance and business needs)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in understanding and analyzing data to provide insights that will drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong client management abilities, a keen eye for data analysis, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach and Relationship Management:

1. Reach out to individuals to encourage participation, address inquiries, and ensure high levels of engagement.
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with participants, stakeholders, and partners to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

1. Analyze collected data to identify key trends and insights using statistical tools.
2. Interpret results and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to define objectives, design strategies, and interpret data-driven results.

Industry Knowledge and Support:

1. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to data collection and analysis.
2. Provide clear instructions and support to participants, ensuring successful participation and completion.
3. Follow up with participants as necessary to ensure strong participation rates and gather additional feedback.

Job Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Singaporean citizens may apply only.
3. Basic experience in data analysis or familiarity with data interpretation tools.
4. Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders and participants, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
