Role Overview
As an Outreach Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our network of corporate and community partners to support our inclusive hiring programmes and advocacy efforts. You will be responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships, coordinating joint initiatives, and amplifying our outreach efforts to drive social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Identify and engage potential corporate and community partners aligned with our mission.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing partners.
Programme & Event Coordination
- Co-create and implement outreach programmes, and community events with partners.
- Organise, track event outcomes and impact metrics, ie. Learning journey, open house, employment and employability events.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison for partner organisations, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
- Organise partner appreciation events, networking sessions, and collaborative platforms.
- Represent the organisation at external meetings, forums, and public engagements.
Communications & Advocacy
- Work with the communications team to develop outreach materials, social media content, and impact stories.
- Promote partner contributions and collaborative success through newsletters, press releases, and online platforms.
Requirements
- A team player
- Experience in account servicing and business development
- Adept at public speaking and partners engagement
- Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and versatile to take on other roles when required
- Strong time management with the ability to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment
- Meticulous in administrative tasks and resourceful in problem solving
- Passion for social causes and community empowerment.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s non-profit and social service ecosystem is an advantage.
