Job description

We are looking for both aspiring and experienced executives to join our outreach team. The responsibilities include developing and driving initiatives to elevate CSIT’s brand.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute engagement and outreach programmes for tech recruitment, scholarship and partnerships.
• Ensure smooth implementation, develop publicity material, manage vendors, and evaluate effectiveness of engagement and outreach programmes.
• Maintain and grow networks/partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders including government agencies, commercial companies, academic institutions and Special Interest Groups.

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications Studies or any related discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or outreach role
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good analytical and planning skills – able to multi-task and manage priorities
• Able to work independently and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to work after office hours and during weekends when required
