Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispensing, packing, labeling and preparing medications per prescriptions and procedures.
• Support pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations and medication management.
• Maintain accurate medication inventory records and track stock movements.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and replenish medications and supplies as needed.
• Receive, store and organise medications following safety and storage rules.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide basic assistance on services.
• Keep the pharmacy area clean, organised and compliant with safety SOPs.
• Perform general admin duties and ad-hoc tasks.

Job description

Duties:
Assist with dispensing, packing, labelling and preparing medications according to prescriptions and established procedures.

Provide support to pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations and medication management.

Maintain accurate records of medication inventory, stock movement and dispensing activities.

Monitor stock levels, check expiry dates and replenish medications and pharmacy supplies when required.

Assist with receiving, storing and organising medications in accordance with safety and storage requirements.

Attend to customer or patient enquiries and provide basic assistance on pharmacy services.

Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organised and compliant with workplace safety and standard operating procedures.

Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacy or a relevant field.

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare or retail environment will be an advantage.
