Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to assist with dispensing, packing and labeling medications according to prescriptions and established procedures.

You will support pharmacists in daily operations, maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment. The role involves handling medications, attending customer enquiries, and keeping the pharmacy area clean and compliant with safety SOPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacy required.
• Previous experience in pharmacy, healthcare or retail environment advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist with dispensing, packing, labeling and preparing medications per prescriptions.
• Provide support to pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations and medication management.
• Maintain accurate records of medication inventory, stock movement and dispensing activities.
• Monitor stock levels, check expiry dates and replenish medications and pharmacy supplies as needed.
• Assist with receiving, storing and organising medications in compliance with safety standards.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide basic assistance on pharmacy services.
• Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organised and compliant with safety SOPs.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organised and compliant with workplace safety and standard operating procedures.

Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacy or a relevant field.

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare or retail environment will be an advantage.
