Job summary

DR MARK LEONG PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee daily retail activities across all outlets, ensure high service standards, and drive efficiency. You will manage manpower, support events, and contribute to budgeting while upholding safety and SOPs.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in a related discipline and at least 3 years in F&B/retail multi-outlet management, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced/Higher Diploma or equivalent in related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in F&B operations, retail operations, or multi-outlet management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations across all outlets.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and shift allocations.
• Support special events, workshops, and peak periods as required.
• Prepare monthly operational reports, including inventory, cost control, and performance metrics.
• Ensure outlets comply with SOPs, regulatory, safety, and licensing requirements.
