A leading company in the F&B sector is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of staff members to ensure exceptional service quality and high customer satisfaction.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and cohesion.
Schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively to optimize productivity and workload distribution.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service standards.
Oversee cashiering functions, including daily sales handling, financial transactions, and opening/closing procedures.
Track sales targets and analyze performance metrics to drive business growth.
Evaluate sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment to meet operational needs.
Conduct regular stock audits and address discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
Train staff on safety procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
Enforce workplace safety and health policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Ensure the outlet remains clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Job Requirements:
SINGAPOREANS ONLY
Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales or F&B.
Strong leadership with a proven ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service approach.
Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
