Job Description:
Outlet Manager
Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service flow
Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Report sales and operational matters to management
Work closely with the brand team to uphold the tea house's artistic and service standards
Management Trainee
Expertly prepare and serve a curated selection of teas, including traditional Chinese brews and modern fusion blends, ensuring consistency in taste, aroma, and presentation.
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable teas for various moods, occasions, or gifting needs, providing a personalised and memorable experience.
Lead tea demonstrations and conduct interactive tastings, sharing knowledge on tea origins, brewing techniques, and tasting notes to deepen guests’ appreciation for fine teas.
Maintain a clean, calm, and aesthetically pleasing tea space, adhering to hygiene standards while preserving the brand’s tranquil and refined atmosphere.
Support retail operations by presenting teaware and gift items attractively, handling packaging with care, and assisting with inventory control and stock replenishment.
Job Requirement:
Prefer min 2 years of working experience in F&Bexperience, especially in beverage, café, or barista-related roles.
Preferable Degree in hospitality or related courses.
Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred for managerial roles.
Able to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
Outgoing & passion for customer service and building guest relationships
