About the role

Pontian Star Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager to join our team at our location in Bedok North East Region. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving business growth. What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences

  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

  • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve profitability and drive business growth

  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional plans

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements
