Job description

Island-wide locations
7am-4pm/ 7.30am-4.30pm (OTrequired) - Operation hours depending on individual outlet
6 days per week
Gross salary up to $3,200/month (Inclusive of allowances &OT pay)

JobResponsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake variety of breads according to established recipes and procedures.

  • Mix, knead, shape, and proof doughs.

  • Operate and monitor baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers) to ensure proper baking.

  • Ensure all products meet quality standards in taste, texture, and appearance.

  • Adjust baking times and temperatures as needed for optimal results.

  • Maintain proper inventory of ingredients and supplies.

  • Minimize waste by accurately measuring and handling ingredients.

  • Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

JobRequirements:
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience as a Baker will be preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Must be physically fit as required to stand for long hours and carry heavy loads .

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
