Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Responsible for driving sales performance and accountable for meeting revenue, sales and profits targets

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain existing sales accounts and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth

  • Sales Operation: Manage day-to-day sales activities including planning of sales visits, sales calls and supporting customer enquiries in the gathering of technical information

  • Sales Visits: Conduct regular sales visits to market Company’s products and prospects for customers across Singapore

  • Sales Follow up: Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc) to post sales and identify any potential sales opportunities

  • Customers Support: Provide outstanding post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Automation

  • At least 2 - 3 years in mechanical/electrical components or related experience in sales/ application in industrial automation

  • Results driven and self-motivated for new challenges

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation

  • Good sales follow up skills that lead to order closure

  • Good relationship with OEM (original equipment manufacturer), SI, EMS (electronics manufacturing services), End User would be an added advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
