Responsibilities:

• Create sales leads to pursue new clients through referrals, business directories, and cold calling

• Follow up on sales leads generated by other employees or departments within the company

• Regularly call or visit existing clients to ensure satisfaction and introduce new products or services

• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and proper maintenance of sales accounts

• Preferably with experience in the chemical industry
