Responsibilities :

• Dealing with nail, beauty ,spa, wax, cosmetic products
• To generate sales revenue from new and existing customers
• To provide excellent after sales support to customers
• Monitoring of products quality, delivery and also collect payment from respective accounts on schedule every month
• Attend to customer's complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably
• Gather market information and customer's feedback to the company
• To solve various issues related to order fulfilment, such as customer complaints and replacement orders
• Establish excellent customer relationship professionally with all customers
• Responsible for customer's service satisfaction
• To aggressively promote new and higher value added products to existing and new customers professionally to achieve sales target
• Assist to handle incoming calls and enquiries
• Able to travel to Johor
• Requirements :
• Sales staff with hunting experience welcome to apply
• Candidates with/without experience in nail salon sales or beauty related industry are welcome to apply
• Experience in handling retailers and salons an added advantage
• Proficient in English and multi-Chinese dialects would be an added advantage (to liaise with customers)
• Positive attitude, able to work independently, good communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Possess own car an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: Basic $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month (exclude transport allowance, phone allowance and commission)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
