Roles and Responsibilities

• Confidently conduct adventure activities (camp or otherwise) and facilitate students’ reflection and learning.
• Be well-versed in and provide safety instructions on technical equipment for adventure activities.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure participants’ safety.
• Handle administrative and logistical tasks necessary for the successful execution of adventure activities.
• Plan, evaluate, and assess adventure activities to ensure learning goals are met.
• Undertake land (including heights) and water adventure activities.

Requirements

• Passion for outdoor adventure programs, camps, or activities.
• Good physical fitness without medical conditions that hinder performance.
• Ability to connect and engage with students.
• Ability to handle stress.
• Capability to supervise land (including heights) and water activities, take charge, and be responsible.
• Experience and certifications in outdoor activity instruction.
