Job description

This is a Telesales & Customer Service role and requires providing good customer service by handling outbound call activities related to Unsecured Loans.

Job Details:

• Salary ranges from $2,000 to $2,200 + Monthly Commission + Performance Bonus

• Monthly Commission Payout Structure: The incentive’s payout ranges from $1,000 - $6,000, subject to the monthly threshold. (Potential to earn more than $8,000 gross monthly depending on incentives tiers and performance.)

• Working hours: Mon to Fri / 9AM to 6:30PM

• 1-Year Contract (Renewable/Convertible)

• Location: Novena

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to acquire new unsecured loan sales from provided leads.

• Maintain a sales-focused attitude and provide excellent customer service.

• Recommend and persuade customers regarding unsecured retail banking products.

• Follow up on income documents and other relevant documents required for application submission.
