Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Present and promote company products and services effectively to prospective clients. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely records of interactions and outcomes. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.Qualifications and Skills Required: Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Basic understanding of education industry is preferred.
