Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to collect information from clients or participants based on specific project objectives and requirements.
Accurately record and input all collected information into systems to ensure consistency and proper documentation.
Analyze the collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive data objective improvements and help meet project objectives.
Prepare and present clear, concise reports on data findings and analysis, highlighting key trends and actionable insights for management and stakeholders.
Establish rapport and build trust with participants during outbound calls, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of the data collected, double-checking for errors or discrepancies, and ensuring all information meets company standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate insights and ensure that data findings are used effectively in decision-making.
Provide suggestions for process improvements based on data analysis to optimize data collection efforts and enhance the efficiency of business operations.
Adhere to legal, ethical, and company standards in all aspects of data collection and analysis, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma in related field.
At least 2 to 4 years’ experience in B2B Business Development and Account Management.
Experience in managing large employees’-based accounts is advantageous.
Proficient in MS Word, and Excel due to intensities in reporting and progress tracking requirements.
Articulacy is imperative for day-to-day operations.
Able to communicate effectively and manage different hierarchies in internal and external environment.
Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling tasks.
