Position: Outbound Call Associate / Front Desk Floater – Customer Service Associate
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the following roles:
- Outbound Call Associate
- Proactively contact and engage customers to gather critical information through surveys and telemarketing activities.
- Meet and achieve individual and company key performance indicators.
- Acquire strong knowledge of our products, services, culture, and processes.
- Provide quality customer service and prompt follow-up via phone and email.
- Listen to customer needs, probe to understand their intent, and offer alternative solutions.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Submit regular reports to the Team Lead and propose new ideas to improve performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Branch Head.
- Front Desk Floater – Customer Service Associate
- Flexible deployment to various locations around Singapore, such as Careers Connect (Woodlands/Paya Lebar).
- Manage all front desk duties proactively over the counter, phone, and email.
- Identify and profile customers to recommend relevant services.
- Ensure smooth customer transactions and deliver quality service.
- Perform administrative duties, manage appointments, and register customers.
- Prepare room logistics and necessary materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Branch Head.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in outbound calling and front desk management preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).
- Pleasant disposition with a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- GCE 'O' levels or above.
Working Hours:
- Option A: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Option B: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
