Job description

As an OTC Sales Executive at Coinut, you will play a pivotal role in driving our OTC trading business by building and nurturing client relationships, expanding our client base, and executing OTC trades. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales executive to leverage their network in the cryptocurrency industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage potential clients to grow our OTC trading business.
  2. Leverage your existing network and industry connections to attract high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and cryptocurrency businesses.
  3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Collaborate with the trading desk to optimize trade execution and pricing strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry news to provide valuable insights to clients.
  6. Monitor and report on trading volumes, trends, and market developments.
  7. Contribute to the growth and success of the OTC trading department.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant.
  2. 2+ years of working experience as an OTC Sales Executive in the financial industry.
  3. Good understanding of the OTC trade lifecycle, OTC pricing and execution methods, and the different roles of exchanges, liquidity providers, prime brokers, etc.
  4. Prior experience with counterparty relationship management in a crypto/financial services company with high-volume and complex operations (multiple products, multiple geographies).
  5. Strong interest and curiosity in blockchain technology, crypto/digital assets.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
  7. Prior experience in dealing with Chinese speaking clients. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
  8. Experience in Sales/trading in crypto, with traditional finance background as a plus.
  9. Ability to work in a highly fast-paced, cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scale objectives.
