Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • 3–5 years of experience in execution trading within OTC markets.
  • Proven expertise in multi-asset trading (e.g., equities, FX, fixed income, or commodities).
  • Strong understanding of OTC market structures, pricing, and liquidity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing counterparty relationships.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and make quick decisions in a high-paced trading environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Based in Asia, the US, or willing to relocate immediately.

Job responsibilities

  • Execute OTC trades efficiently across various asset classes, ensuring minimal slippage and adherence to risk parameters.
