Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an Engineer, KPE/MCE Management to ensure the safe, efficient operation of Singapore's road tunnels. You will join a team overseeing OT/IT system integration—from planning and design reviews to site supervision and commissioning.

Key tasks include gathering requirements, designing integration solutions using APIs and middleware, and managing risks to keep projects on schedule. The role requires ICS/SCADA knowledge, OT security awareness, and experience with data analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, computer engineering, electronic engineering or related field.
Working knowledge of ICS/SCADA, OT protocols (Modbus/Profinet) and integration platforms.
OT cybersecurity principles, risks, and controls awareness.
Experience with Python, Snowflake or Tableau for data analytics.
Strong written/verbal communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design and review integration between systems using APIs and middleware.
Identify integration risks and propose mitigation to protect project delivery.
Identify business processes for improvement to support tunnel operations.
