NCS, a leading AI Tech Services company, seeks a self-motivated security consultant with at least 10 years of OT/ICS cybersecurity experience to provide professional services and advisory to our clients across the Asia Pacific.

You will lead engagements, assess security controls, identify vulnerabilities, develop policies and playbooks, and design tabletop exercises; you’ll also drive business development, presales, and client relationships to grow the practice.

Competenze

• 10+ years in information security with OT/ICS focus.
• Experience in governance, risk management, and audits.
• Proven BD, presales, and client relationship success.
• Knowledge of Singapore Government/CII projects is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISSP/CRISC/CISM/CISA/GRID or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a team of consultants for OT/ICS security engagements.
• Serve as engagement lead and escalation point on complex projects.
• Manage multiple projects, resourcing, utilization, and client priorities.
• Conduct security assessments and audits in OT/ICS environments.
• Develop security policies, procedures, and incident response playbooks.
• Perform cyber threat modelling and develop threat profiles.
• Design scenarios for OT/ICS Table-Top Exercises (TTX).
• Review security architectures and remediation roadmaps.
• Develop methodologies, templates, and tools to improve delivery.
• Prepare high-quality client reports and documentation.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and regulatory changes.
• Own and grow client relationships in OT/ICS security & GRC.
