What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coach and train managers in communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with their employees. Ensure managers know how to communicate successfully, ethically, honestly, and legally with their teams.
  • Oversee the employee handbook and culture playbook.
  • Help administer the performance management process.
  • Partner with the Recruiting and Marketing teams to showcase the company's unique culture and build awareness of the company as a great place to work.
  • Know how to measure the EES and hands-on related program landing.

What We Look For In You:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. 10+ years of experience working as an HR Business Partner, ideally in product and engineering within the internet/high-tech/financial services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a big heart.
  • Growth mindset, flexibility, objectivity, and integrity.
