• Experience in service transformation, process improvement, or change management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Gather and synthesize data and customer insights from multiple sources.
• Lead or support design and implementation of solutions to elevate service quality.
• Review customer touchpoints and internal processes; co-create service policies and standards.
• Monitor adoption and measure impact; facilitate workshops and engagement sessions.
• Support the Quality Service Manager's Office and analyse escalated cases.
• Contribute to or support Whole-of-Government service delivery initiatives.
