Job summary

Shopee in Singapore seeks a HR professional to support organisational development, transformation and analytics. You will leverage people data to identify trends, work with cross‑functional teams, and drive initiatives that enhance workforce effectiveness.

The role requires strong problem solving, data sense and stakeholder management in a dynamic environment. You will contribute to transforming HR processes and supporting business growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years in any HR function.
• Experience in OD, transformation, change management or HR analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support organisation development and workforce management initiatives to maintain a healthy and sustainable organisation and drive business growth.
• Use people data and organisational metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights (e.g., attrition, progression).
• Conduct deep dives into concerning areas to identify root causes and define remediations.
• Collaborate with other departments and local markets to address organisational issues.
• Implement centrally defined regional projects and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Take ad-hoc initiatives or tasks as required by the business.

Job description

• Support in organisation development and workforce management related initiatives to maintain a healthy and sustainable organisation along with the business growth
• Use people data and organisational metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights, e.g., attrition, progression, etc.
• Conduct deep dive into concerning areas to identify root causes and define remediations, e.g., top heaviness, stagnancy, rightsizing, etc.
• Work collaboratively with other departments and local markets to solve organisation related issues
• Implement special projects defined centrally across the region and monitor the outcomes for continuous improvement
• Take ad-hoc initiatives or tasks upon business needs

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree and above
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in any Human Resource function
• Experience working on at least two of the following HR topics on Organisational Development, Transformation, Change Management or HR analytics.
• Strong problem solving skills with capability to quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
• Proficient in HR analytics and reporting with good data sense
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Be able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment and deal with ambiguity
