The Role & Your Impact

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Organic Chemist with a minimum of a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry and at least 2 years of relevant work experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in organic synthesis, analytical techniques, and a passion for research and development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects in the field of chemistry.

  • Conduct organic synthesis and reaction development to create novel compounds for various applications.
  • Develop and optimize synthetic routes and processes for new chemical compounds.
  • Use advanced analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, IR, and Mass Spectrometry to analyze and characterize organic compounds.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including R&D, analytical chemistry, and product development teams to drive project success.
  • Analyze experimental data and provide clear and concise reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues during experimental work, including challenges with synthesis, purification, and characterization.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in organic chemistry and incorporate relevant findings into ongoing projects.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in organic synthesis and laboratory work.
  • Strong proficiency in organic synthesis techniques.
  • Experience with common analytical tools like NMR, IR, HPLC, and mass spectrometry.
  • Familiarity with reaction mechanisms, purification techniques, and structure elucidation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
