A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, processing orders using SAP, and managing accounts. Ideal candidates should have 'A' Level education, great problem-solving skills, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
Promptly responding to customer queries via e-mail, live chat, video, phone.
Immediately escalating serious complaints or issues.
Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
Processing clients' order with SAP Software.
Organizing shipments, deliveries, import/export requests documentations (i.e. preliminary packing list, delivery note, POD, safety data sheet, bill of lading, AWB...)
Accounting: creations of new customer accounts on SAP, creating invoices and monitoring payments deadlines.
Chasing overdue invoices and advance payment
Managing LC negotiation with customers/bank.
Creating Purchase Requisition for non-standard materials and installation with direct contact with installers.
Collection of documents for Export control procedure with relevant registration/record.
Creation of Certificate of Origin and export documents.
Collection of documents for regulations with relevant registration/record.
Acts as a liaison between customers and management to enhance the overall customer experience.
Support yearly stock take with the team at the 3rd party warehouse.
Courier arrangement to bank or customer
Learning new system/operation process/procedure
Ensure on time order processing and deliveries to meet monthly sales target
Work closely with Commercial team on Customer’s order issue
Checking freight charges with Forwarder to support Commercial’s Sales quotation
Requirements:
Min 'A' Level
Min 1 year experience in warehouse customer service
Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
Able to work in teamwork.
Experience using SAP.
Experience in a customer service role
