Order Procurement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently manage import and export orders, shipments, and payments, following manager instructions.
2. Reconcile bank statements with customer payments.
3. Provide support to the bookkeeping, accounting, and secretarial teams in obtaining necessary documents as required.
4. Handle email, correspondence, memos, letters and forms, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communication.
5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system as per company directives.
6. Update and enforce office policies and procedures.
7. Collaborate with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior managers.
8. Ensure the daily and weekly update of company databases.
9. Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in procurement processes.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in order procurement.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as internet proficiency.
3. Proficiency in English and Mandarin dialects.
4. Comfortable handling supplier and customer inquiries.
5. Meticulous, responsible, and capable of working independently.
6. Singaporean citizenship preferred, but all races are welcome to apply.
