PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse operative to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. You will handle receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

You will also manage stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and maintain compliant records while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines. This role requires hands-on activity and team collaboration.

Competenze

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and inventory.
• Able to understand and follow SOPs, safety procedures and documentation requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatching of products
• Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and within the required timelines
• Ensure proper handling, storage and movement of products according to company SOPs and GDP requirements
• Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Monitor product shelf life and manage First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) / First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory principles
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Finance and Sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Assist with product returns, quarantine and disposal processes according to company procedures
• Ensure warehouse documentation and records are complete and audit-ready
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment
• Support warehouse improvement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy and safety
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent
• Min 1-2 years experience in warehouse, logistics, order processing or inventory management will be an advantage
• Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse activities such as picking, packing, receiving and stock handling
• Basic computer skills with the ability to update inventory and order records
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and inventory
• Able to understand and follow SOPs, safety procedures and documentation requirements

• Willing to work overtime based on operational requirements
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
