Job Scope:
- Attending & responding to telephone, live online chat & email enquiries
- Facilitating order collection, consolidation, cancellation & fulfilment
- Ensuring proper filing of documentations
- Packing & organizing merchandise into presentable & orderly manner for the customers
- Checking & tallying stock on the inventories

Requirement:
- GCE O level with 1 to 2 years of Customer Service / order processing experience
- Strong team player and ability to work well independently
- Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service is an added advantage

- Training Provided
- Timing: 10am-10pm / 10pm-10am
- 2 days work, 2 days off
