A leading company is seeking a customer service representative to manage and process customer orders efficiently. The role includes using SAP for order management, supporting operations, and enhancing customer experience through detailed data analysis and relationship building.
Company bus to and from work at multiple MRT stations.

Job Summary
Obtain, verify and process customer orders timely and meet zero-base targets.
Job Responsibilities
Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
Adhere to order processing policies and practices in performing daily tasks.
Process accurate and timely entry of customer orders in SAP.
Follow-up on open sales orders (reason of rejection) to ensure no open sales orders are left unattended in SAP.
Coordinate and recheck data/information in billing.
Coordinate and recheck any incomplete data and verify any information to prevent errors in order processing.
Collate data and conduct analysis on order processing performance to facilitate management decision-making.
Evaluate and explore opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and customer experience.
Follow up on order status with distribution centers.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients/customers.
Job Requirements
Demonstrate basic knowledge in customer service principles and practices.
Competency in SAP.
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Demonstrate high attention to detail, follow-through, and accuracy.
1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
