Monday - Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM | Alternate Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM

Our client specializes in audio and lifestyle technology products, offering innovative and affordable audio products, including speakers, headphones, and sound systems for modern entertainment.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support: Support the sales team with order processing and quotation preparation.
2. Order Management: Oversee order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking (airway bill) to ensure prompt delivery and liaise with the warehouse.
3. Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels and notify the Director when inventory is low.
4. Client Liaison: Update existing customers on stock availability via email or WhatsApp.
