A leading company in kitchen fitting manufacturing is seeking a Customer Service Executive for a 1-year contract position with potential conversion to permanent. Responsibilities include order processing, coordinating shipments, and providing superior customer service. Candidates should possess a degree/diploma, relevant experience, especially in order processing and customer engagement, and proficient in SAP. Working Hour / Location : 8.45am to 5.45pm (Mon - Fri) / Fort Canning MRT (walking distant)
Remunerations : Up to $4,000 + completion bonus + full staff benefit
1 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION (CONVERSION TO A PERMANENT HEADCOUNT)
Responsibilities
Under Customer Service Department and reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager.
Involved in orders processing, arranging shipments and deliveries.
Provide excellent, responsive and efficient customer services level to Customers
Process customers’ orders for Trade distribution and Projects in your assigned markets.
Process quotations for sales via SAP.
Check pricings and stocks availability, co-ordinate shipments for direct factory orders and other related communications.
Follow-up on customers’ payments, handle letter of credit documents and submit to bank for collection.
Undertake general office administration work e.g. phone calls, incoming faxes, mails & courier, purchasing office supplies and consumables, flight and hotel booking and office equipment maintenance.
Responsible to file all documents in order and upload all relevant information to order via SAP.
Actively process all open orders into deliveries to meet each month sales target.
Track and monitor the processing orders to meet the monthly forecast.
Update accurately monthly sales report eg. Masco.
Back up team colleagues’ duties when necessary.
Ensure customization requests and requirements to factory and delivery are being met.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Degree, Diploma in Business, Marketing or any relevant discipline
Min 2 to 3 years working experience in order processing, L/C and shipping from manufacturing related industry
Proficient in SAP and MS Office
Possess excellent communication skill and a team player
Able to start work immediate basis preferred
